The discovery phase includes sitting down with key members of staff and discovering what functionality your business truly needs, how it's completed now and what problems you run into.  Our goal is to fully flush out the details of how your internal processes work and create a design plan for Quick Base that we'll work off.  In some capacity, we always operate in Discovery mode, in every interaction.  Sometimes the details we need aren't known, or even thought to be mentioned, so we're always asking questions to get the true product needed.

This is where transformation takes place.  We start implementing your shiny new application with the teams and employees who will be using it.  Training and walking through how everything works, tips and tricks and answering any questions along the way.  There's a point in time where it clicks for new users of Quick Base seeing what it can do, and they begin to ask... "Do you think it can do this?" And the answer is mostly always yes.  This is an important step because minds shift from the thought of using spreadsheets, to the thought of using an application that collaborates with their team and cuts down on the hassles of searching for and re-entering data.
